VAI PARTNERSHIPS

Shay Brandon Burke
http://www.buybakersfield.com

I would like to introduce a friend of mine, Shay Brandon Burke.  Brandon, a realtor in Bakersfield, has recently opened an office in Los Angeles.  Mr. Burke and I had first developed a friendship after last year’s fund raiser and art auction.  Along with Real Estate, Mr. Burke is also involved in youth art programs.  In 1996 he started the E3 Performing Arts Center in Bakersfield, CA, a non-profit program that provides art training for disadvantaged youth.  Mr. Burke has been very helpful to Valley Art Institute in our upcoming transformation to a non-profit organization.

As a realtor, Brandon has years of experience with home buyers, sellers, foreclosures and short sells.  I have recommended his services to a number of my friends.   I am very happy to say he is currently listing one of my best friend’s home in Hollywood, and has provided advice and very helpful information to our very own Justine T. Bruner.  He has also recently found a great foreclosure property for a great friend of mine who moved here from England.

Mr. Burke has proven to be a man of great character and intelligence with an integrity I have found unmatched.  I fully encourage all of my friends and associates to use him for all your real estate needs. Visit his website at /
