Applying to Valley Art Institute
You must submit an application to Valley Art Institute for the session and program for which you are interested. Your application must be received prior to the day you wish to begin attendance.
College Preparatory Students should call Valley Art Institute at (818) 712-0819 to set up an interview/evaluation session with the director or one of the instructors.

Acceptance and Payment
After the interview/evaluation and acceptance, the student will complete all application, pay tuition and be scheduled for class or classes. You will also be asked to read and sign our tuition payment/refund policy form at this time. There is a New Student Registration Fee of $75.00 per student / $100.00 per family and an Annual Registration Fee of $60.00 per student and $85.00 per family charged each Fall Semester. There is also a Material / Model Fee (if applicable). All Fees are charged in the first monthly payment.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are on or about the first of each month. Every student has the option of paying for an entire session at the time of registering. Full Semester payments receive a 10% discount.
Credit Card holders whose cards are rejected at the time of billing will be charged an addition $40.00 late fee.
Valley Art Institute does not offer refunds to students. By signing the Registration Form, cardholder is obligated to a full session of classes. The students may schedule up to two makeup classes each semester. A student may not carry makeup days for missed classes to another semester. No refunds will be issued if a student is removed for disciplinary reasons. Students should review the rules of the school before registering for classes.Tuition is not transferable from one month to another. Missed classes will not be prorated.

A nominal discount is offered if full tuition for the entire semester is paid by cash or check. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for tuition payments..
